Import duties and taxes

We at Vista Audio are dedicated to helping our customers with duties and taxes, and here is how: the customer is responsible for paying the customs duty and VAT assessed when the package reaches the destination country. Our worldwide pricing, expressed in Euros, is reduced to help offset those additional costs for up to 25% of the unit price. Therefore, all our customers pay similar total price, regardless of their country of residence.

Our products ship with all the necessary paperwork and we can provide electronic copies on request.

Considering this, packages refused by customers due to customs duty, VAT or other fees in the destination country are not eligible for refunds.

• Most of the items ship within 3-5 business days
• We use Postal Service as the most cost effective, and we provide tracking information
• We pay for express handling while the package is in Serbia and in 2-3 days your unit will have cleared all the fromalities and leave country
• Typical time for recieving the shipment is 2-3 weeks. Sometimes it takes longer, depending on the customs processing in the receiving country. However, we find postal service pretty efficient in most countries. We shipped our products to over 40 countries on all continents, except Antartica :)
